Party Mix Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

  • Delivery Estimates: Provided as a guide only; delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping details are correct. Party Mix is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to address errors.

2. Free Shipping Policy

  • Available on orders over $100 (Metro Areas only).

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Rural area deliveries

    • Orders exceeding 10kg

    • Large/oversized boxes

  • If your address is outside the metro area, we will contact you before dispatching.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Parcel Post

  • WA: 2-7 business days

  • Australia-wide: 3-10 business days

Express Post

  • Same day/next day dispatch

  • WA & Australia-wide: 1-5 business days

Heavy Orders (Over 5kg)

  • Australia-wide: 5-15 business days

Note: Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 8:00 AM AWST (if in stock).

  • Exclusions: Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day dispatch.

5. Authority to Leave (ATL) Policy

  • All packages are delivered with ATL.

  • Ensure someone is available at your delivery address.

  • Party Mix is not responsible for:

    • Storage fees for uncollected parcels

    • Additional re-delivery charges

    • Theft or damages after delivery

  • We securely pack items, but transit damages are beyond our control.

  • Recipient must be available at the delivery location.

  • If left unattended, Party Mix is not liable for damages or theft.

  • Re-delivery charges apply if the recipient is unavailable.

  • Not included in Free Shipping, Parcel Post, or Express Post.

  • Available via Store Pick-Up or Balloon Delivery (selected postcodes only).

  • Balloon delivery is limited to specific postcodes.
