Whip n Ice is similar to mock cream and is easy to use as an icing for filling cakes, cupcakes, donuts and more! Its stiff peak consistency allows you to pipe designs such a rosettes without losing shape.

Directions: To use, deforst and simply whip in your mixer on medium speed until desired consistency.
To add colour or flavours simply mix through. Gel colours are recommended. 

After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 to 6 days or stored in the fridge for up to 5 weeks. It is perfect for outdoor events.
